I am guessing it would cost too much money to restore and make homes in it again. That is too bad.

Every city has its ghosts ...
Pewnie byly bardzo piekne domy w przeszlosci. Moze kiedys beda remonty.
The problem is that owner don't care about this. This one is ghosted, but in Wroclaw, Lodzi and every city in Poland there are the same, but people live there.
And owners just count their profits.
People don't live there any more (thank God). But either it's too difficult to pull it down 'cause it's in the city centre, or maybr it's of historic value and just CANNOT be pulled down, or the owner (whoever it is) just don't have money to restore it and noone wants to buy it from them 'cause it's such a ruin...
you must see the center of bucharest and wonder no more for that building in katowice :D
Im sure at one point this building sa its days of glory...hope they will come again
