Mural art

In Katowice there are two places where urban graffiti artists can present their work and go unpunished! They are both in the passage uder the rail bridge in the middle of the city. Here is one of the murals.

interesting - at least the government allows the taggers to leave their mark somewhere legal- give these "artists" an outlet for their expression

:) the city authorities should be pretty happy for those paintings, cause without them the passage would be dark and dirty (there is heavy trafic there so exhaust fumes cover the wall all the time). Graffiti painters do the job coverring the walls with fresh paint.

yes, it's good to know that grafitti artists have places to create art without fear of the authorities. but then again, I've not met any of them who are afraid of the police.

Depending on where the graffiti are, I like or don't like them. I was in Lille (France) a month ago and I didn't like what I saw there.
